Recently announced, Ameresco and Texas A&M are working together on the university’s largest single energy reduction and modernization project. Aeroseal Duct Sealant Certified Low VOC Compliant with LEED V4

DUCTSEAL, the aerosol sealant used during the Aeroseal duct sealing process, has been certified compliant for low volatile organic chemical (VOC) emissions in accordance with the latest LEED standards set by the U.S. Green Building Council. Third-party testing by Berkeley Analytical concluded that the sealant tested below the lowest VOC concentration range of £0.5 mg/m3 for the presence of formaldehyde and other targeted VOCs.

ASHRAE Publishes New Standard for Commercial Building Energy Audits

The newly released ASHRAE Standard 211-2018 for Commercial Building Energy Audits establishes consistent practices for conducting and reporting energy audits for commercial buildings.
