  • Time: 1:30pm ET

The new housing market is back on the rise with some building industry experts estimating a 2017 growth rate of more than 6% over 2016. Parallel to this, adoption of more stringent building codes is on the rise as well with all but a few states pointing to IECC 2009 or later. For these reasons alone, it is a great time for contractors, and there are big opportunities for the residential HVAC businesses, especially for those that can think outside the box. For this discussion, you will take away:

  • How new code adoption of IECC 2009 and later affects your business
  • Specific code requirements that offer new business opportunities for contractors
  • Training and Certification that will differentiate you from your competition
  • An out-of-the-box approach to who else you should be selling your services
