From Recognition to Results: Aeroseal’s 2024 Year in Review
As 2024 draws to a close, Aeroseal is proud to reflect on a year of recognition, growth, and a global impact. We’re happy to share a few of our successes, as well as what’s to come in 2025.
Cleantech Company of the Year
Aeroseal’s year began with an extraordinary recognition: being named Cleantech Company of the Year as part of the prestigious 2024 Global Cleantech 100. Out of 25,435 nominations spanning over 65 countries, Aeroseal stood out as the top-scoring company in North America—a remarkable achievement that earned us this distinguished award.
This recognition isn’t just about Aeroseal’s proven technology; it reflects the real, measurable impact we’re making on the world’s energy use. As Amit Gupta, CEO of Aeroseal, put it:

Bloomberg BNEF Pioneer Award
Aeroseal added to its growing list of accolades with the Bloomberg New Energy Finance (BNEF) Pioneer Award. This award honors companies leading the way in energy and climate solutions, and Aeroseal’s inclusion highlights our technology’s ability to deliver measurable, scalable results for building performance.
From homes to commercial buildings, Aeroseal’s air-sealing technology helps reduce energy waste and emissions—tangible solutions for a cleaner, more sustainable future.
AeroBarrier Select Launch
In 2024, Aeroseal introduced AeroBarrier Select, a product designed to simplify envelope sealing for residential builders. This solution enables builders to meet increasingly stringent energy codes—like Zero Energy Ready Home and Energy Star—with cost efficiency and minimal disruption.
AeroBarrier Select delivers verified, consistent results, helping builders create healthier, more energy-efficient homes while staying on time and on budget. This launch marks an exciting advancement for Aeroseal and the construction industry.
Beazer Agreement for Zero Energy Ready Homes
Aeroseal partnered with Beazer Homes, the first national builder to commit to ensuring every home they build meets the U.S. Department of Energy’s Zero Energy Ready Home (ZERH) certification. To help achieve this ambitious goal, Beazer integrated Aeroseal’s AeroBarrier technology, delivering the precise, verifiable air-tightness required to meet ZERH standards while keeping projects on schedule and on budget.
Global Growth and Acquisitions
Aeroseal achieved significant growth in 2024, expanding its presence in the United States, the United Kingdom, and Saudi Arabia to meet rising global demand for energy-efficient building solutions. This growth was fueled by increasing adoption of our technology and the addition of new talent, bringing Aeroseal’s team to nearly 400 employees worldwide.
The growth of our workforce enables us to scale operations, strengthen customer partnerships, and drive continued innovation. With a global presence and a growing team, Aeroseal is well-positioned to deliver even greater impact as we head into 2025.
Breakthrough Energy Summit
At the Breakthrough Energy Summit, Aeroseal’s participation reinforced our role as a leader in energy efficiency and sustainable building solutions. This event brought together global innovators focused on accelerating the transition to clean energy, and Aeroseal’s inclusion highlighted our impact in tackling one of the biggest challenges: energy waste in the built environment.
