Scale and Soar: Aeroseal Rnc Summit
The world is always evolving, so staying on top of the current trends in the Residential New Construction (RNC) space is crucial for success in the industry. For that reason, we at Aeroseal held our complimentary Scale and Soar Summit, named partly after our aviation history in Dayton, Ohio.
The summit took place from May 7th to May 9th at the University of Dayton Marriot Hotel. Seventy RNC Dealers arrived in Dayton for networking opportunities and attended speaker sessions full of industry insight.
Tuesday evening began with networking and meeting the Aeroseal team. Aeroseal CEO Amit Gupta opened Wednesday morning following breakfast. Other Wednesday guest speakers included: Mike Thaman an Aeroseal Board Member and Retired Chair and CEO of Owens Corning, Mathew Cooper a Senior VP of PEG Energy, and Jeff Bartos an Aeroseal Advisor and ex-Division President of Toll Brothers. Before dinner, Application Engineering and Rick Hall finished their presentation. Wednesday ended with a casino night, where all the dealers had the opportunity to win special prizes.
On Thursday, the summit presentations concluded with Aeroseal’s Mark Keeton, Brian Cooke, Joel Summerfield, and John Parkinson. During the final presentation of the summit, John Parkinson with Dealer Success announced the launch of our new Builder Partnership Program & Certified Dealer Program.
To conclude the 2024 Scale & Solar Summit, attention was turned to recognize our Dealers with awards. These awards included Daniel’s Caulking taking Rookie of the Year. The Rising Star awards went to Denver Air Barrier, Airtight Solutions (British Columbia), and Pacific Partners Insulation. Aeroseal Envelope Top Performers of 2023 went to: Green South Energy, Northern Colorado AeroBarrier, Mid Atlantic AeroBarrier, Music City Air Barrier, Denver Air Barrier. Aeroseal Duct RNC Top Performers of 2023 was awarded to: Sabre Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning, Silver Tree Plumbing & Heating, Airlock Home Energy, Aeroseal of Rochester, and Gillette Heating and Air Conditioning. Following the celebration of the 2023 winners, everyone was invited back to headquarters for a tour and light refreshments before travelling home.
