Supplier Code of Conduct

Introduction

Aeroseal expects its suppliers to meet high standards of ethical conduct and to operate in a socially and environmentally responsible manner. This Supplier Code of Conduct (“CODE”) is effective May 8th, 2023 and outlines the minimum requirements for all suppliers that do business with Aeroseal. The current version of this policy will be published at https://aeroseal.com/scc and this link will be referenced in Aeroseal’s supplier master agreements executed after effective date of this CODE.

Compliance with Laws and Regulations

Suppliers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the countries where they operate. This includes, but is not limited to, laws and regulations related to labor, health and safety, environmental protection, anti-bribery and corruption, and data privacy.

Labor and Human Rights

Suppliers must not use forced labor, child labor, or any form of human trafficking. They must provide a safe and healthy working environment for their workers and must comply with all applicable labor laws and regulations, including those related to wages, working hours, and benefits.

Environmental Responsibility

Suppliers must operate in an environmentally responsible manner. They must comply with all applicable environmental laws and regulations and must make reasonable effort to minimize the environmental impact of their operations. They must also seek to conserve natural resources and promote sustainable practices.

Ethical Business Practices

Suppliers must conduct their business with integrity and in an ethical manner. They must not engage in bribery, corruption, or any other form of illegal or unethical behavior.

Confidentiality and Intellectual Property

Suppliers must protect the confidential information of Aeroseal and its customers. They must also respect the intellectual property rights of Aeroseal, its partners and its customers and must not use or disclose any confidential information or intellectual property without the appropriate authorization.
